International Plaza Hotel - Motivation and Team Building

The International Plaza Hotel approached Communicate Creative Services with a complex training need: How could they increase the rapport and team orientation of the sales department in a way that was fun exciting and inspiring. Communicate Creative Services put together a two day weekend training session that included a professionally run car rally, an awards dinner, and a one-day workshop that was completely customized to increase teamwork in the sales department and to boost morale at the same time. The entire weekend was a smash hit!!!

Bloorview Macmillan - The Challenge of Change

When the Hugh MacMillan Centre merged with the Bloorview Children's Hospital the successful integration of staff posed a serious challenge. Communicate Creative Services was called in to design a multi-week, mult-session training/facilitation session called the Challenge of Change. The goal of the program was to successfully integrate the staff of the two hospitals into a single working unit. The program was very well received and Communicate Creative Services has been called in to repeat some of the sessions for hospital management.

Taking the Lead

HRDC is an almagamation of 5 different federal government ministries. The transition issues surrounding the integration of 5 ministries into 1 posed a serious challenge for the organization. At the same time, HRDC was moving from being a bureaucratic, job description based ministry into a competency based, flexible, partnership-oriented group. CCS was asked to design and deliver a two day program for regional managers called Taking the Lead . CCS carried out extensive field research in preparing for the program. The program received excellent reviews both from the regional managers and senior managers at headquarters.
